On November 13th, our energy community pilot Izgrei from Bulgaria will be hosting a workshop on all things renovations led by citizens, fostering valuable networks and sharing insights on how to make our homes more sustainable and eco-friendly!

Citizen-Led Renovation Initiative had the valuable opportunity to present goals and objectives in transforming living spaces into energy-efficient homes as well as to engage in fruitful discussions with participants, visitors and other experts within the field.

Our goal is to transform living spaces into homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also energy-efficient and eco-friendly at the same time. Who says you can’t have it all?

‘Citizen-Led Renovation’ is a new EU initiative aiming to empower energy communities and put citizens in the driver’s seat for energy-saving renovation projects. The initiative will help selected pilot projects to overcome financial, legal, technical and informational barriers.
