Phase I of the Support service for Citizen-led renovation successfully assisted four pilot projects in overcoming financial, legal, technical, and informational barriers, resulting in sustainable residential buildings. Building on this foundation, Phase II enhances and expands these efforts with six selected pilot projects.
In Phase II, CLR provides comprehensive support to these pilots, ensuring they receive tailored project development, implementation, and replication assistance. This phase aims to create exemplary models other communities can follow, fostering a broader adoption of European energy-efficient practices.
Phase II of CLR is not just about providing support; it's about creating a dynamic platform for mutual learning and exchange among communities with varying experience levels. The selected communities are committed to sharing information, mobilising citizens, hosting events, and demonstrating replication potential.
